$75 minimum monthly fee per property
- 24/7 tenants phone / email support
- $50 repair request assistance (you can use your own handyman or ours only if repairs are needed, not a monthly fee)
- $95 handyman physical visit only if needed, not a monthly fee
- No charge to find and screen tenants, ask us for technology we use
