  5. 5. Once we receive the deposit of 50 % for the installation of digital locks and cameras one of our handymen will come to install them
  6. 6. Once we install digital locks and cameras and share access with you, you will pay the balance of the invoice 50 %
  7. 7. Once the full invoice is paid off we will start advertising your property and start to make self-showings.
  8. 8. We will send you applications of tenants that we think can be good, so you can decide if you like to accept them.
  9. 9. We connect the tenant's banking information and the landlord's bank information in our property management system so you can receive direct deposits for rent.
  10. 10. If tenants need any repairs or anything else they will contact us and we will take it from there.

We have 2 simple plans for you to choose from:

Plan # 1 is for vacant properties and is $ 100 / month/unit + one-month finder fee and month-to-month management contract ( 3+ units)

Plan # 2 is $ 150 / month/unit ( 3 + units ) and our company is not charging a one-month fee to find tenants but a minimum 6-month management contract to cover our cost of advertising and not charging a finder fee, you can check both plans and prices here: Our fees

Direct deposit, we connect tenant's bank account and landlord's bank account to our property management software to arrange and manage rent payments.

# 4 Our company needs to install digital locks and cameras to start managing your property ( we will send an estimate before we go to the property for your approval) and you pay 50 % before we start work and 50% once we finish
# 5 We start advertising on all major real estate websites including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, RedFin, Realtor.com, and many more and will send you an invoice for management fees on the day we start advertising to cover our expenses.
# 6 We will find, screen, and manage tenants and you will get monthly reports.
